I've always wondered what inspired the great painters of the past ... A day looking at photos of Jasper James, I imagined great artists paint in front of a window, illuminated by natural wonders that were placed before them, guiding their hand on the canvas. So I'm developing this personal project, linking places of today to portraits of the past, which reflected their souls in a piece of glass.
